The name Rico is derived from Richard, which means ´brave power´. This apartment is one of the 8 luxurious brand new apartments build in 2005. The Rico apartment is located on the most lively and renowned street in the city of Barcelona: Las Ramblas.

The apartment has one large bedroom and one single bedroom. In the livingroom there are a double sofa bed and a dining area. Furthermore, the Rico apartment has a bathrooms with a large shower, a fully equiped kitchen (including microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine)and two balconys.
The apartment is fully equipped to make sure that this will become your favourite holiday apartment!

Please note that this apartment is located in a building together with 7 other apartments. This makes it possible to stay in the same building with up to 44 people!
