Using the Quick Search function on our Home Page is the first step to making a booking.

The Quick Search is a very handy tool which let's you search exactly for the dates you would like to come to Barcelona, and shows you the results for the given dates.

All you need to do is select your Arrival Date, the Departure Date, and the Number of Persons and then click the Search button.

An automated search through our database will be performed and on the following page you will find a selection of recommended and other apartments in Barcelona for your dates of stay.

Once the Quick Search has brought you to the Search Results page you will get a selection of Barcelona apartments available for the enquired dates.

Please browse through them and once you have found your appropriate apartment proceed by clicking either the Apartment Details link or the Reserve Now! link.

In either case you will be led to a complete apartment overview page with pictures of the selected apartment and all other relevant information about it.

You can always return to the list of Barcelona apartments by clicking your back button of your browser or by clicking on the path shown next to the country flags at the top of the page.

Once you arrive on the Apartment Details Page please read all about the apartment of your choice.

If you agree to book the apartment look at the left hand side near the bottom of the page and check if the dates of your stay are selected in the calendar. Also check in the Calculate Your Price section if the dates of your stay are correct.

If this is not the case then fill in the required dates again, select the number of persons, after which you can push the Calculate button.

Our system automatically calculates the total price for your stay in this specific apartment.

After a reload of the same page please scroll down to the Your Price section below the Price Calculator.

This very handy tool gives you a direct overview of the most important data regarding your stay in the selected apartment.

Please verify that the data is correct and then use the Book Now! button to proceed to the following screen which initiates the reservation process.

After clicking the Book Now! button you enter into the easy 4 steps booking process.

Step 1 is to reconfirm the dates of your stay and the price calculation.

You can make two choices on this page;

Directly proceed to step 2 of the booking process by clicking the Confirm & Continue button with No Additional Services required.

Or scroll down to the bottom part of the page where you can add some Additional Services to make your stay in Barcelona extra comfortable. Click on the more info links to find out more about the Additional Services and select the ones you like. Click Add to your Price to see what will be Your New Price. If all is correct click the Confirm & Continue button With Additional Services to proceed to the next step of the booking process.

In Step 2 of the booking process we ask you to provide us with your personal details*.

The required data is clearly set out and should not take too long for you to fill-in.

Some details are required so please make sure to insert your details correctly. Other details are optional, but we would like to stress that the more complete the information is provided the quicker we can process your booking and secure your apartment in Barcelona.

At the bottom of the Booking Form you have several options to proceed with the payment.

The Payment Method is selected at the bottom of Step 2 of the booking process.

Obviously the fastest way to reserve your apartment is by making a pre-payment online. Our integrated online credit card payment function is secure and handled by an established bank.

Choosing the Online by Credit Card payment will bring you to the Payment by Credit Card page.

You can also pay by Bank Transfer. Selection this option will bring you to a page informing on how to proceed your pre-payment by international bank transfer.

Click Continue to proceed to the last step of the reservation process.

In Step 4 of the booking process you will be able to pay for your reservation.

The fastest and preferred method of payment is through Payment by Credit Card Online and thus by entering your credit card details in the form on the page.

Once you have completed your booking you will receive an email from us informing you about your reservation.

After we have received the down-payment into our bank account and the apartment is double checked with the owner we will send you an email with all the confirmed booking details.

Your booking confirmation will provide you with complete information about your booking reference number, booking details (dates of stay, rates, etc), apartment details (including telephone number and address), explanation of the apartment location, details of how to cancel, or amend your booking, and details of how to contact us for any reason.

Yes, our service for Credit Card payments is safe and secured, by our online bank Banco Sabadell, an established Spanish bank.

Unlike other companies we have integrated the online payment by credit card functionality in close cooperation with Banco Sabadell. After filling out your credit card details and pressing the continue button a secured and encrypted message, channeled through a SSL connection, you will receive a confirmation of your booking on your screen.

We receive an encrypted message from our bank and will further process your booking accordingly.
